We only accept Returns for Replacement or Exchange for vendor quality issues (product flaws) or damaged shipments. We do not give Order Refunds but only a Store Credit, via a Gift Card, towards any store item or items. If you have a product flaw or a damaged item from shipping, please Contact Us & once we confirm, through emailed photos, the damaged or flawed item(s) can be replaced or returned, we'll issue a RETURN ORDER# & we'll replace the damaged or flawed item(s) with new ones without you having (MOST of the time) to return the original item(s). Sometimes the vendor will issue a return label & ask for the damaged item(s) to be returned in its ORIGINAL PACKAGING (preferred) for evaluation.
